Who We Are

Business Matters, LLC provides document preparation services and other secretarial duties for nonprofit organizations and other segments in New Jersey. We have Notary Public services. We assist our clients in preparing and completing important documents so they can devote more time to building and improving their organizations.

Our clients' success is our success. We are determined to deliver to them only professional services at reasonable costs. We are passionate about doing the right thing and strive to do it right the first time.


Biography

Business Matters is owned by Keshia Jones, an ambitious person with an extensive background in banking. She is known for her exceptional attention to detail and her willingness to help others. Her goal is to help others achieve a peaceful today for them to have an even better tomorrow.

  3. How we keep your data secured: Your data will be secured in a locked fireproof file until the services you requested are fully in your control, or according to the law’s retention period. Any documents containing your information will be permanently destroyed by way of crosscut shredding and permanently deleted & ripped from any electronic device.
  4. Once you are in full control of the services you requested and the law-abiding retention period has expired, it is your total responsibility to keep up with and/or save your documents.
  5. How we share data: Your data will only be shared with your permission to our partners that we deem fit to carry out the services you requested and/or as the law requires.
